Originally from South Africa, Ms. Moonsamy emigrated to the US in 1985. After graduating from UC Berkelely, she completed her MSN at Samuel Merritt College in 2003. Ms. Moonsamy has worked in an variety of clinical settings handling a diverse variety of patient health issues including, medical weight management, risk management, preventive health and women's health. Noelene has a passion for teaching and has worked several colleges and universities since 2006. In 2011, she became a faculty member at Samuel Merritt College where she manages faculty practices, clinical coordination team and teaches both didactic and clinical courses. Noelene's hobbies include singing at church with her siblings, salsa dancing and spending time with her great big happy family.

Insurance Accepted
We are contracted with most commercial PPO insurance plans. However, we do not currently accept Individual or Family plans purchased off the Health Care Exchange. Also, we are unable to see patients who are un-insured or do not have current health insurance coverage. Please contact your health plan to obtain the most accurate information and determine your coverage. You can also contact our office to inquire about our participation in your plan, but we cannot answer coverage questions. Please keep in mind that the following is not an exhaustive list of all insurance plans we accept.
